Riley Gaines
Host of "Gaines for Girls" podcast
Riley Gaines, a 12 time All-American swimmer with 5 SEC titles was a successful female swimmer at University of Kentucky with ambitions to pursue a dental degree. That post-graduate ambition and her entire life was changed when she was forced to share a locker room and then compete against biological male Lia Thomas at the 2022 NCAA Women’s Swimming Championship.
This uneven challenge, not just for Riley but for every woman competing in the pool that day, was made even more traumatic when the NCAA officials insisted on giving Lia Thomas the trophy, despite tying Riley down to the hundredth of a second in the event. Riley can recall wondering why no one was standing up for her or for any women in the room.
This moment became her call to action – to defend and protect America’s daughters against the woke left and their gender-denying ideology. Men should not take opportunities for success in sports away from women. Men should not share locker rooms with women.
Riley has since become a powerful advocate for conservative causes, including the sanctity of life and the protection of the most vulnerable, especially women. As a conservative activist, she fights to ensure that the rights of the unborn are defended and that women's opportunities and spaces are preserved from ideological overreach. She is committed to preserving fairness and equality for women in all areas of life.

Terri Marcroft
Founder of Unplanned Good
Theresa Marcroft is the adoptive mom of a 26-year-old daughter who is the love of her life. Theresa’s all-time favorite action hero is her daughter’s birthmother, who made an adoption plan while she was a senior in high school.

After ten gratifying years of parenthood and 25 in high tech marketing & communications, she founded Unplanned Good in 2010. Theresa leads the Unplanned Good efforts to encourage young women facing unwanted pregnancy to consider making an adoption plan (… that encouragement makes all the difference!) She hopes to also reach those who mentor them, and encourage them to suggest adoption. At Unplanned Good, we know that adoption can be a blessing for all involved, and want to spread the word.
Theresa serves on the Board of Second Mothers, (https://secondmothers.org/) a non-profit that provides community, encouragement and resources to “second mothers” — those who foster, adopt or otherwise choose the beautiful ‘Mom’ title as they care for, and parent, children all over the world. Theresa is also on the Board of Real Options / Obria women’s medical clinics.

Mark Cavaliere
Director of Operations & Strategic Initiatives, Life Leadership Conference
For the past decade, Mark Cavaliere has worked to help moms be heroes and restore reverence for life and natural womanhood across the Southwest. What began with a few quiet prayers on the sidewalk outside abortion facilities in Southern New Mexico grew into a regional movement uniting thousands across state lines. Through innovative social entrepreneurship, he launched Her Care Connection outreach and mobile ultrasounds, acquired and expanded Guiding Star Southwest into a full women’s birth and wellness center, started The Lily Pad Maternity Home for moms in need, and established Southwest Coalition Action for public policy advocacy. Along the way, he rallied thousands to peaceful and prayerful action, helped close three abortion centers, led a boycott to successfully block the construction of a $10 million state-funded abortion and transgender center, raised $7.5 million for pro-life initiatives, galvanized audiences across the nation, and trained pro-life leaders in persuasive outreach, effective fundraising, and organizational management.
Now, ten years after founding the Southwest Coalition for Life, Mark is stepping into a new national role alongside David Bereit to help strategically coordinate pro-life leaders and organizations for maximum collective life-saving impact through the Life Leadership Conference. Be the first to follow Mark in this next chapter of collaboration — where faith meets strategy, prayer meets innovation, and hope becomes unstoppable.

Tina Whittington
Executive Vice President at Students for Life of America
Tina Whittington grew up in a secular pro-choice home in Portland, Oregon. She received her Associates Degree from Portland Community College, and then got married and moved 3,000 miles across the country to Virginia in order to follow her pro-life calling with Rock for Life.
In junior high school, Tina had a conversion experience and was baptized into the church. It was during her time in the high school ministry that she heard about abortion for the first time and became pro-life. Although, it wasn’t until college, when she met her future husband, that she discovered that there was anything an individual can do about abortion. Their first date was praying and doing sidewalk outreach at the Lovejoy Surgicenter, and it was from that moment that Tina knew this was a mission to give her life to!
Tina began full-time pro-life work in 1999 as Project Manager for Rock for Life. While there, she put together pro-life literature, wrote for the monthly newsletter, spoke at high schools and colleges, organized events, and toured with Christian bands sharing the pro-life message from stage at hundreds of concerts and music festivals.
In 2001, Tina took time to focus on her growing family, working as Mommy CEO, home schooling her children, and receiving training to be a lay counselor for her Rachel’s Vineyard Retreat Team to help post-abortive mothers and fathers through the grieving and healing process.
She has been a guest on Fox News, EWTN, Nightline, Loveline with Adam Carrola & Dr. Drew, and has been quoted in the New York Times and the Washington Post. She has also engaged in debate with Dr. Rebecca Gomperts, abortionist and founder of Women on Waves. She has been a guest speaker at universities across the country including Harvard, Dartmouth, University of Connecticut Medical School, and Fordham University – as well as speaking at fundraising banquets for pregnancy help centers and at state and national pro-life conferences.
Tina currently resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia and serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life’s Executive Vice President. This work includes managing the daily operations of SFLA as well as an ever-growing team. When Tina started at SFLA in 2010, she helped manage a team of eleven full-time employees. Now, she helps to oversee a team of over 50 team members, the majority of whom are spread throughout the country and managed virtually!

A lifelong educator, Roberts earned his PhD in American History from the University of Texas. After several years of teaching history at the collegiate level, Roberts in 2006 left the university to found John Paul the Great Academy, a co-ed, K-12 Catholic liberal arts school in Lafayette, Louisiana. Savanna Deretich
Government Affairs Coordinator for Students for Life of America
Savanna Deretich grew up in Ham Lake, Minnesota and graduated from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Communications/Family Advocacy and Biblical Studies.
Savanna is the Government Affairs Coordinator with Students for Life Action. As such, Savanna lobbies for strong state pro-life legislation, builds relationships with pro-life champions, and is the media spokesperson.
In college, Savanna started a Students for Life group on her campus and her passion for the pro-life movement rapidly blossomed. Right around when she began to lead the Students for Life group, infanticide was legalized in New York. On that dark day, a burning fire ignited in her heart and she knew being a voice for the voiceless and protecting life in law would be her life’s work. The next day, Savanna changed her major to fit a pro-life career path.
Before Savanna became an employee with Students for Life, she was a Minnesota State Captain with Students for Life Action, a 2019-2020 Wilberforce Fellow, a 2020-2021 Student Spokesperson, as well as founded and served as President for the Students for Life group on her campus at the University of Northwestern St. Paul for over three years.

Stephanie Stone
Coordinator for Standing With You
Stephanie Stone grew up in Saylorsburg, Pennsylvania and graduated from the Catholic University of America after studying Politics and English.
Stephanie knew she was called to the pro-life movement since she was 12, having attended the March for Life every year with her church, starting her own pro-life newsletter there, and volunteering regularly. However, the pro-life mission became more real for her during her first year at CUA, where she got more involved with the pro-life club on campus (eventually becoming President), interned with Live Action, and began to hear the stories of women who had been betrayed by the abortion industry. Hearing about the pain and loneliness that many women had gone through along with learning about the incredibly loving work of so many pro-life organizations in DC, Stephanie knew she was called to join in supporting women and saving lives.
During her time at CUA with Cardinals for Life, Stephanie worked with her Regional Coordinator, Michele Hendrickson (who is now her boss!), to bring a display to campus, go to the March for Life, and host CUA’s first Pep Rally for Life. A year after graduation, she joined SFLA as the Capital Area Regional Coordinator assisting groups in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.
Stephanie Stone and her work have been featured on multiple news outlets such as Breitbart and Fox News, and her writing has been featured on Media Research Center’s NewsBusters, Maryland March for Life’s blog, as well as Students for Life of America’s blog. She has spoken on campuses across Maryland, D.C., and Virginia, at press conferences, and regularly at churches in the Capital Area.
Stephanie currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia and serves the Pro-Life Generation as Students for Life’s Standing With You Coordinator. This work includes the management of Standing With You, Students for Life’s pregnancy support program.

Kelly Lester
Director of Outreach and Government Engagement for And Then There Were None and ProLove Ministries
Kelly Lester worked at A Capital Women’s Health Clinic in Richmond, Virgina for about one year. Her job title was Receptionist, but her role was more accurately described as a waiting room choreographer. Instructed to edit magazines by ripping out all baby related content and making sure men were uncomfortable in the waiting room, the clinic’s protocol left zero support and reminders for women to reconsider their abortion decisions. The recovery room solidified Kelly’s decision to quit her job: each woman who entered that room was filled with loss and pain. Echoing her own loss and pain from abortion, it was so heartbreaking for Kelly that she could not work there any longer. Since Kelly found And Then There Were None, she has discovered healing, sisterhood, and a strong voice in advocacy for the unborn and abortion workers. Kelly currently lives in Richmond, Virigina with her husband and six beautiful children. She is also the Director of Outreach and Government Engagement for And Then There Were None and ProLove Ministries.

Kristi Hamrick
Vice President of Media & Policy for Students for Life of America
Kristi Hamrick grew up in towns across Pennsylvania and Iowa before graduating from Anderson University with departmental honors in Communications and cum laude, paying her way through school, working as editor of her college newspaper and part-time as a journalist, as well as winning a prestigious Pulliam Fellowship after graduation. She has a degree in Mass Communications & Journalism with a Cognate in Political Science.
During college, she interned and worked in the Pennsylvania State House as well as in the offices of the late Sen. John Heinz of Pennsylvania and the late Sen. Arlen Specter. She also was part of an award-winning PBS production featuring a Holocaust survivor. Her career as a journalist began in Indiana, in news outlets including the Indianapolis Star and Muncie Star, leading to Washington D.C. where she was a correspondent for CBN News, before working as press secretary for the Hopkins for Governor campaign in Kentucky. From there she became press secretary for Family Research Council, heading FRC’s communication shop and hosting FRC’s television show “Straight Talk with FRC.”
As an entrepreneur, Hamrick then established KSH media from which she worked with a Who’s Who of conservative and pro-family organizations, strategizing to create and advance a policy agenda through paid and earned media, with an emphasis on marketing an effective story to news organizations. In 2017, Hamrick joined Students for Life of America and Students for Life Action, now taking the role of Chief Media and Policy Strategist.
As the daughter and granddaughter of ministers from an extended family committed to community service, Hamrick developed life-long pro-life convictions, but as a reporter in secular settings, her conversations with women about their abortion experience convinced her that not only was abortion the unjust ending of a preborn child’s life, it also brought life-long devastation to women as well. Abortion harms women and is sold by a profitable industry that fails to deliver the one thing it promises – a problem-free ending of young life.
Hamrick has been featured on major media broadcasts, print, and radio nationwide. From FOX, to NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, et al, with quotes and op-eds in the New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, Washington Times, Breitbart, Rolling Stone, Associated Press, and beyond. Her decades of media experience have resulted in thousands of conversations with reporters considering the most crucial issues of the day.
Kristi resides near Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, and is a mother of four.
Her title is SFLA/SFLAction Vice President of Media & Policy, from which she and her team manages paid and earned media campaigns, devises strategy for coverage and messaging, creates content from op-eds, speeches, news releases, talking points, and any and all products needed to advance an effective policy agenda.
